I am Tony. Since 2008 I have been helping people speed up their fitness goals. My clients range in age from teenagers to people in their seventies.
These include: Lean Muscle, Fat Loss, Body Transformation, Athletic Training and Vitality.
There are four elements:
1. Firm Fitness Foundations (including measurements, fitness testing, goal setting);
2. Personal Fitness and Nutrition Plan (including written workout plan);
3. One-to-one Training (to ensure progress, motivation, review, safety and correct form); and
4. Lasting Results and Fun

If you aren’t a member, I can arrange a discounted guest pass, include use of pool, spa and cafe with free Wi-Fi. I can can also visit clients at their homes in the local area.
